Delivery zones are outlined the website, and you can design the perfect gift pack for your mom. In the spirit of Wingnut Confection’s commitment to sustainability, personalized notes will be printed on high-quality recycled paper. To guarantee availability, place your order by May 5th, 10pm PST.
Wingnut Confection’s signature dark chocolate truffles come in an array of eclectic and locally-inspired flavors, from the luscious Marion Berry truffle to cult classic Habanero Mole. The Rhubarb Rose seasonal truffle is sure to be a hit with the tangy sweetness of rhubarb and heavenly scent of rose petals. It’s a lovely celebration of Spring!
While our truffles are our best-known sweet, chocolatier David Beer concocts many amazing dairy-free edibles. From solid dark chocolate studded with hand-candied citrus to Oregon-grown candied hazelnuts, there’s a tasty treat for everybody’s palate. The newest addition to the collection, Coconut Toffee, has an amazing consistency and a delectable balance of salty and sweet – it’s downright addictive!
Wingnut Confections believes in sustainability, and we walk our talk. We use organic, fair-trade bittersweet chocolate; organic, local ingredients; and no animal products. We also do virtually all of our transportation by bike – not just on Mother's Day! You can catch David with a trailer load of confections delivering to stores throughout the Portland area all year ’round. You can also find him on Wednesdays at People’s Farmers’ Market (3029 SE 21st). At his booth, you’ll sample the freshest organic chocolates in town!
